To share with others the intensely riveting drama and roller coaster-like ride of Human emotions that was the American Civil War.
And, at the same time illustrate with comparisons (of then and now) the astronomical changes or transformations that have gripped this nation in every quarter.
Here is one good example of those changes: during the Civil War era a young man of 18 or 20 who was ready to begin life on his own could go out and obtain a substantial cash loan to build his home, equip a ranch and etc. using nothing more than his word. Back then a Man wouldn't even consider not fulfilling his obligations because his word meant everything
